London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth are seeking a Contracts & Projects Officer to oversee culture and leisure contracts, procurement and project coordination across libraries, museums, sports centres, parks and cemeteries. The post sits within Culture & Leisure, Residents Services, reporting to the Parks Operations Manager with no direct line management responsibility.
