The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council is seeking a Family Hub Business Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support for the Family Hub and Early Help services in the City of Westminster.

Based in the Hub five days a week, you will:

  • welcome families,
  • manage bookings and records,
  • handle referrals,
  • help ensure the space is welcoming, well-organised and compliant with GDPR.
