Overview
Wraparound Club Assistant – Netherthong Primary School. You will be responsible for the supervision and care of pupils attending the Breakfast/After School Club and will organise and provide an appropriate range of activities and food. You will be responsible for the supervision and care of pupils attending the Breakfast/After School Club and will organise and provide an appropriate range of activities and food. You will ensure the health and safety, welfare, good conduct and behaviour of the pupils is met in accordance with the practices and procedures of the school.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience of working with children/young people in a school environment.
- Literacy and numeracy skills in order to write simple reports and perform simple calculations.
- Verbal communication skills in order to liaise with children/young people and other staff members.
- Experience of encouraging the development of relationships between children/young people and the ability to react positively to difficult situations amongst children/young people.
