We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Worker who is dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their full potential. The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting behaviour for learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
