The Mast Academy Trust is seeking a Trust Development Lead for KS2 Outcomes to drive a Trust-wide project that strengthens provision, improves outcomes and establishes an ambitious KS2 offer for Years 5 and 6 across our family of schools.
Work with Headteachers, senior leaders and teachers to identify best practice, develop leadership capacity and secure sustainable improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes.
