The Mast Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a
Trust Development Lead for KS2 Outcomes to lead an exciting Trust-wide project focused on strengthening provision, improving outcomes and establishing a clear and ambitious offer for pupils in Years 5 and 6 across our family of schools
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Headteachers, senior leaders and teachers across the Trust to identify and share best practice, develop leadership capacity and secure sustainable improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes
We are particularly interested in hearing from
- Current or former Headteachers.
- Experienced senior leaders with a strong track record of school improvement.
- Leaders who have successfully improved outcomes at Key Stage 2.
- Experienced Year 6 practitioners with a proven record of excellence.
- Recently retired school leaders who are looking for an opportunity to continue making a difference.
- Individuals currently working in schools or trusts who could be released on a part-time secondment arrangement to undertake this work.
- Professionals who are passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing others.
