Idle CE Primary School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, SEND and Safeguarding, starting January 2027 (or sooner).
This non-class-based leadership role focuses on strategic and operational leadership across inclusion, SEND and safeguarding.
You will shape the school's vision, champion vulnerable pupils, lead SEND provision, act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and work with families and external agencies to improve outcomes.
