Shelley College – Assistant Catering Manager (30 hours). Kirklees Catering Service is seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Catering Manager to help deliver high-quality, customer-focused catering services to pupils, staff and visitors at Shelley College. You’ll support the Catering Manager in daily operations and take charge in their absence, ensuring excellence in food production, service, and team leadership.

- Use Cypad Kitchen Manager software for administrative tasks and due diligence

What we’re looking for
- Experience in food preparation and staff supervision
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to attain)
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Strong understanding of food safety and allergy legislation
- Willingness to undertake safeguarding training. DBS screening and pre-employment medical screening
