Kirklees Council is seeking two Senior Planning Officers - Deputy Team Leaders to help lead the Development Management Team in Kirklees. You will mentor, supervise and manage Planners, handle processing and determination of planning applications, including major proposals and appeals, and progress a small caseload of complex cases.
You must demonstrate sound knowledge of current planning legislation, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a political environment.
