Location: Woodroyd Road, West Bowling, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD5 8EL
Hours & Contract: 33.75 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks). Permanent position.
Salary: Hourly rate: £14.77
Responsibilities:
- Daily running of the preschool room, ensuring safeguarding and health & safety.
- Planning, delivery and monitoring of care, play and learning opportunities for children aged 3-5.
- Support staff in implementing the EYFS into your room’s daily routine.
- Observe children and their development, providing next steps to continuously improve learning.
- Supervise and manage staff to maintain outstanding Ofsted standards.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and experienced in early years education.
- Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (proof required).
- Subject to an enhanced DBS check.
