About the Role: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for service excellence? We’re looking for an experienced professional with a background as a Senior Soft FM/Caretaking & Cleaning Manager to lead and evolve our high‑performing service, which operates across more than 300 sites—including schools, corporate offices, and housing services. This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive operational excellence, champion innovation, and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding value and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of caretaking and cleaning services, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and responsiveness.
- Inspire and support staff to deliver a customer‑focused, high‑performing service.
- Identify and implement service improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Lead on tendering and procurement to secure new business and retain existing contracts.
- Evaluate and cost growth opportunities, ensuring robust contract management and successful delivery.
- Network and benchmark to keep the service innovative, competitive and future‑ready.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing cleaning and soft FM services at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety, COSHH and industry best practices.
- Experience in contract management and budget control.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for delivering services that make a real difference to communities.
