The predicted salary is between 27980 - 28858 £ per year.

Hours and Weeks per Year: 30 hours, 52 weeks; 37 hours, 52 weeks (FTE)
In the role of SEND Lead you will be based within one of our directorates and your focus will be on ensuring high quality levels of support are provided and dealing with the day-to-day management working closely with your Inclusive Learning Manager and curriculum team.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring all students have had an assessment of needs
- Monitoring the quality of the Inclusion plans
- Working closely with the curriculum teams to monitor attendance, progress and levels of support for our High Needs/SEND students to ensure achievement and aspirational progression
Ideally, you’ll have a qualification in supporting Teaching and Learning, Maths and English at Grade 4 or equivalent, and demonstrable experience in SEND and EHCP processes. It is essential you have line management experience. You should be able to monitor data, ensuring the quality of documentation and track student progress and demonstrate our colleges values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
