Educational Support Assistant – 1-year fixed term contract
Start date: 1st September 2026
Hours: 30 per week, 8:45am‑3:15pm (term time only). Some casual breakfast club hours are also available from 7:45‑8:45am.
We are looking to appoint a passionate and hardworking member of support staff. As a key member of our team, you will work under the guidance of class teachers to support the learning of pupils in all curriculum areas. We encourage enthusiasm for outdoor learning as Forest School is a key part of our curriculum. You will help ensure our children receive a high‑quality education in a caring environment.
The role is based at a Church of England Academy with an inclusive ethos in the beautiful rural village of Helme on the outskirts of Meltham.
