We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to the Headteacher to join our team at Chellow Heights Special School.
As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Headteacher to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. As a key liaison between the Headteacher and all stakeholders—staff, governors, parents, and external partners—you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of administrative, organisational, and communication processes, enabling the Headteacher to maximise their effectiveness. You will provide a confidential, efficient, high calibre and personal service to the Headteacher in respect of all matters.
The successful candidate will:

About Chellow Heights
Chellow Heights school is a large special school which is located on two separate sites. Both sites offer exceptional learning environments for our pupils which enhance their learning and quality of life experiences. These include an outstanding outdoor provision, multi-sensory rooms, soft play, food technology rooms and our ‘engine’ rooms which are used to support our pupils with their sensory processing.
Our West Site is the larger provision and in addition to the resources highlighted above, also boasts a multi-sensory hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy room, music therapy room and jungle gym (soft play room).
Our South Site is a much smaller provision in terms of the size of building yet capitalises brilliantly on the large outdoor space available.

We believe that children learn best when they are having fun and enjoy what they do. Although located on two separate sites (South & West), we are very much one community with one vision to provide a personalised education to our pupils.
The post will be based at ourWestsite however you will be expected to work across both sites.
