Job Summary: We are looking for an organised and committed Human Resources Officer with proven experience in a generalist HR environment to join our team. This role provides general human resources support and advice to the Human Resources Manager and other WYJS Managers on a variety of HR matters in accordance with policies, procedures and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process HR documentation for all staff and maintain accurate workforce data.
- Update HR policies, templates and communications.
- Provide general HR support and advice to managers across the organisation.
- Handle multiple priorities in a busy environment, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
