Location(s): West Yorkshire Joint Services HQ at Morley, Leeds and Hybrid Working Arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR support to Managers within WYJS, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Deliver professional and strategic HR advice and guidance across the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of HR Officers and ensure HR services are delivered in accordance with policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- Collaborate with the Director and SMT to provide high‑level HR solutions and drive transformational change.
- Lead the development and implementation of the People Strategy, workforce planning, and delivery of local HR strategies.
- Oversee corporate support and democratic functions across WYJS.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience and expertise in Human Resources management, strategic workforce change, and management of HR teams required.
