Meltham CE Primary School is seeking an Educational Teaching Assistant to commence in September 2026. The position is for 21 hours 40 minutes per week, Monday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 1:20 p.m., and will include working across the children’s lunchtime period.

We welcome applications to join our strong, happy, and established team for a post within our school Inclusion Team. The role provides the opportunity to work alongside the SENDCo, the school’s Learning Mentor, and Senior Inclusion Support worker as part of our Inclusion Team.

A full induction is offered, as well as the opportunity to work alongside existing members of the team to plan and support both small groups and individual children with planned learning, SEMH, and SEND interventions.

The closing date for this role is 4 p.m. on Friday 3rd July 2026. Interview date to be confirmed. This post is offered on a fixed-term contract basis and is subject to annual review.
