We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual with the skills and knowledge necessary to fulfil the role of a Senior Lunchtime Supervisor to start on 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will:
- Be able to establish and maintain a friendly and professional relationship with our children
- Provide practical support for pupils in the dining hall and in the playground
- Help to develop social skills through play and promoting children’s physical and emotional wellbeing
- Be dedicated and patient, and willing to support pupils with a wide range of needs including medical and physical needs
- Be able to lead and support a team of other lunchtime supervisors, directing them and providing guidance as needed
- Have a flexible manner which is honest and friendly and the ability to communicate with staff, pupils and parents
