We are looking for an experienced, reliable, enthusiastic and confident individual to join our dedicated team.
Working Hours: 34.15 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3:20 pm, term‑time plus 2 inset days.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the Breakfast Club.
- Work as an experienced ETA in KS1/KS2 under the direction of the class teacher.
- Provide inclusive, sustainable support to all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Adapt support according to individual needs, showing compassion and empathy.
- Lead group work and offer one‑to‑one support where required.
- Supervise and engage children during break/lunchtime in the playground or indoors, or in the dining hall if needed.
- Use initiative and a proactive approach to maintain a positive, safe, learning environment.
- Manage pupil behaviour in line with school expectations.
