We're seeking a motivated and adaptable IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine interest in technology.
In this role, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for students and staff, providing confident, customer-focused support. You'll assist with the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the College's IT hardware & software assets and network infrastructure, working within a dedicated team that ensures the organisation's technical systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Applicants will have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills and should be educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or have experience of working in an IT support/helpdesk role.
