Key Responsibilities
- Support tenants to sustain their tenancies across our Retirement Living Schemes.
- Provide on‑site support, engage directly with residents and collaborate closely with colleagues across Homes & Neighbourhoods, the wider council, and other stakeholders.
- Carry out regulatory compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate records using the housing management information system.
- Organise and prioritise workloads with competing demands.
Essential Requirements
- High level of computer literacy; ability to use and record information in our management information system.
- Excellent people skills with the capacity to support tenants with a wide range of vulnerabilities.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing demands.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults and children and young people.
- Appropriate DBS check (level dependent on role). A conviction will be considered as part of the recruitment process.

Reporting & Other Information
Report to a Housing Manager within our Older People’s Support Team. Depending on business needs, may be required to work within or provide cover for other roles/teams across Housing Management.
