As an Inclusive Learning Manager you will primarily be based within a designated Directorate and will strengthen leadership capacity and accountability for Inclusive Learning by ensuring that systems, staff practice, and service delivery are evidence‑based, quality assured, and focused on continuous improvement in inclusive practice and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Inclusive Learning team
  • Drive quality improvement and service excellence across the College
  • Collaborate with College colleagues and external partners to strengthen inclusive provision
  • Monitor student outcomes, including those from the SEND office and data systems
  • Oversee funding, compliance and statutory requirements for inclusive practice
  • Lead staff training, coaching and development to strengthen inclusive practice across the College
  • Support and coach direct reports and wider staff on inclusive teaching and learning practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor on inclusive practice, capacity building and a continuous improvement agenda for the College

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideal candidates hold a SENDCO qualification, a teaching qualification and GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in quality improvement, compliance management, staff coaching and development
  • Leadership experience of large teams and complex projects
  • Solution‑focused leadership with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a changing environment and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrated commitment to the College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence
