Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Engage Academy. We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to join our team at Engage Academy. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will model best practice and lead both the strategic and operational approaches that strengthen behaviour, attendance and pupil engagement.
You will ensure the personalised delivery of a broad and balanced academic, social, emotional, behavioural and pastoral curriculum, enabling pupils to achieve positive outcomes and become ready for further success in their next educational setting. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will provide expert leadership in safeguarding and child protection, ensuring robust systems, effective multi‑agency collaboration and a strong safeguarding culture across the academy.
The role also involves close partnership working with colleagues across the academy and wider Trust, contributing to the ongoing strategic development of provision within Ethos Academy Trust.
