About Brian Jackson College
Brian Jackson College provides specialist education for young people who may have faced significant challenges in mainstream education. Many of our learners have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and interrupted or negative prior educational experiences.
About The Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated teaching professionals to join our teams at Brian Jackson College in the Heckmondwike and Huddersfield provisions. We are recruiting for a number of teaching roles to support young people across Key Stages 3–5, delivering high-quality, inclusive education to learners with a range of complex needs.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and resilient, with a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Able to build trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma or barriers to education.
- Skilled in delivering engaging and adaptive lessons across KS3–KS5.
- Reflective practitioner who is open to growth and ongoing professional development.
