In the role of Student Services Administrator, you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront centre and will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of a busy Student Services department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting counselling and wellbeing administration
- Managing confidential student information
- Coordinating appointments and waiting lists
- Maintaining accurate records across college systems
- Supporting purchasing processes
- Providing excellent customer service to students, staff and external partners
Ideally, you’ll have experience working within an administrative or customer service environment and be confident using a range of IT systems and databases. It’s important that you can communicate professionally and sensitively with a wide range of people, remain calm under pressure and demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Most importantly, we are looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys helping people and who can demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in their everyday work.

Term time only staff who start mid Academic year will have their initial salary payments calculated based on actual weeks worked and the number of pay dates between the beginning of employment and the end of the current academic year.
