What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of caretaking and cleaning services, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness.
- Inspire and support staff to deliver a customer-focused, high-performing service.
- Identify and implement service improvements that enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Lead on tendering and procurement to secure new business and retain existing contracts.
- Evaluate and cost growth opportunities, ensuring robust contract management and successful delivery.
- Network and benchmark to keep the service innovative, competitive, and future-ready.
