As a Quality Lead, you will play a key role in driving high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and quality assurance across designated curriculum areas at Kirklees College. You will work closely with curriculum leaders and teaching teams to help shape outstanding learner experiences and support excellent outcomes for students across Study Programmes, Adult Learning and Apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement activities and coordinate quality assurance processes
- Provide coaching, mentoring and staff development to help colleagues continually enhance their practice
- Embed the College’s Teaching Excellence Framework, monitor the impact of improvement actions and champion innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment
- Build strong relationships with curriculum teams, awarding organisations and key stakeholders
- Support safeguarding and promote the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
