Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed Behaviour Coordinator to become part of the behaviour team at All Saints Catholic College. The successful candidate will promote the College’s behaviour system, manage students using efficient and effective strategies, monitor student welfare and provide interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms. The role also includes a confidential, administrative, and community liaison function, working alongside the team to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
All Saints is an 11-16 Catholic school, located near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We celebrate diversity and have been rated “Good” in every category by Ofsted (November 2022) and “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate (March 2025).
