Role: Kitchen Team Member supporting the Mission Café.
Location: Lord Street, Huddersfield, HD1 1QA.
Hours & Salary: 10 hours a week, 9.30am to 11.30am Monday to Friday. Salary: £12.60 P/H. Position Type: Permanent.
About Us: Huddersfield Mission is a local charity in the heart of Huddersfield, supporting people experiencing poverty, mental health challenges, homelessness and addiction. We are a values-led organisation, committed to continuous improvement and inclusivity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals and buffets.
- Support and work alongside volunteers in the kitchen and café.
- Occasionally support the Premises Team, including cleaning Mission areas and setting up rooms for all users and activities.
