Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Council’s Chief Executive, Leader, Cabinet, Executive Directors and Service Directors, including managing diaries, handling emails, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing information.
- Work within a hybrid setting (office and home working) ensuring a flexible service.
- Coordinate project support and deliver excellent verbal and written communication, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate initiative, work well under pressure, and collaborate effectively within the team.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of people.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing administrative support services in a large organisation.
- Ability to navigate a political environment and handle council-related matters impartially and with sensitivity.
