Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Lindley CE Infant School. Lindley CE Infant School is a warm and inclusive infant school committed to giving every child the very best start in their education. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant with a keen interest in supporting children with a range of Complex Communication and Interaction (CCI) needs.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a school or nursery environment, supporting the learning of pupils with SEND needs, and building positive relationships with children and colleagues.

You will need to demonstrate a clear dedication for engaging and inspiring children with a range of needs, and a commitment to maintaining the Christian ethos of the school. This post is to commence in September and is on a fixed term basis to support children with Special Educational Needs. Initially until 31 August 2027, continuation of this role will be reviewed subject to future funding and educational needs.
