We are seeking to appoint an experienced, knowledgeable, and committed individual to become a Behaviour Coordinator at All Saints. The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s behaviour system, managing students using efficient and effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providing interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms. Providing a confidential, administrative, and community liaison function, you will work alongside the team to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category. We are “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” in terms of our S48 inspection by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate in March 2025.
