Kirklees Council is expanding its Home Support Team and seeking dedicated Home Support Workers across Kirklees.
You will help people regain independence by delivering in-home support and coordinating with the Short Term and Urgent Support services.
The role covers assisting therapy plans, mobility practice, personal care and meal support, with flexible shifts (21, 25, 28 hours) and mileage reimbursement.
A full driving licence is required.
