Overview of the Role

Our much loved charity shops sit at the heart of their local communities. In this hands on management role, you’ll keep the shop running smoothly while leading and motivating a dedicated team of employees and volunteers to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Both shops are large, multi‑level stores with clothing, bric‑a‑brac and furniture, and the role therefore requires a good level of physical fitness.

Qualifications

You’ll be an experienced retailer, passionate about building great customer relationships and running an efficient and profitable shop. So if you’re skilled at leading, motivating and inspiring a team and driving sales and you’re excited about making a difference to the local children and families we support, we want to hear from you.
