Honley CE (VC) Junior, Infant and Nursery School is looking for a talented, caring and enthusiastic person for a full-time Senior Educational Assistant and Cover Supervisor Post Grade 8 (SCP 19-22) – 31.25 hours. The successful candidate will commence working with our school as soon as possible.

The focus of the post will be to provide short-term cover across the school, from nursery to Year 6, in the absence of a classroom teacher, as required. The post holder will also support the school in addressing the needs of students identified as vulnerable or disadvantaged, helping them to overcome barriers to learning so that they can achieve their full potential. The role will include providing classroom support and interventions as necessary.

Successful applicants will have an exciting opportunity to work with our Senior Leadership Team and colleagues to develop the role and impact of our Teaching Assistants and cover supervisor/learning mentor team.
