The position is based in Morley, West Yorkshire and would be ideal for candidates looking to commute from Leeds, York, Bradford or Sheffield. While some of the fieldwork is based in Yorkshire, regular away work should be expected. Accommodation and expenses are covered whenever you are away.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a great attitude and an interest in archaeological geophysical surveys. We survey using hand-held equipment and towed carts (driving an ATV). You will receive full ATV training by industry professionals before being asked to drive. Opportunities to cross skill to excavation will be available.

Applicants for this post, ideally will have a degree in archaeology or a related discipline. A full UK driving licence is required.

Our standard week is 37 hours. The post is advertised as full time. All appropriate training and high-quality PPE is provided.
