Kirklees Council is seeking a Family Help Lead Practitioner to assess the needs and strengths of children and families. This role involves developing support plans and facilitating Family Time for families affected by care proceedings.
The successful candidate will need to engage effectively with a variety of family members and deliver coordinated support using a multi-disciplinary approach. A level 4 qualification or equivalent is advantageous, along with substantial experience with vulnerable families.
