Responsibilities include:
- Developing effective working relationships with Children’s Social Care and Early Support services
- Delivering a high-quality Family Group Conferencing Service
- Supporting families to develop their own solutions in safeguarding contexts
Skills required:
- Knowledge of agencies working with children and families
- NVQ/Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject (e.g., Health, Social Care, Youth)
- Understanding of child development and youth issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with families and professionals
- Good IT skills and experience with related systems
