- Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Manager to oversee and develop our successful school lettings programme.
This role will maximise the use of our excellent facilities, build lasting relationships with community users and help generate valuable income that supports our school.
Hours and Schedule
26.5 hours per week – annualised hours over evenings and weekends to fit in with the school and lettings opening times.
- Winter working hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 21:30, Friday 16:30 to 20:30 and Sunday 08:30 to 16:30.
- Summer working hours: Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 21:30, Friday 16:30 to 20:30 and Sunday 08:30 to 13:30.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all lettings bookings and providing a professional, customer‑focused service.
- Developing and promoting the school’s facilities to increase lettings, community engagement and income.
- Coordinating the preparation of facilities and supporting the smooth delivery of out‑of‑hours events, including school events.
- Ensuring facilities are health & safety compliant, secure, well‑maintained and fit for purpose.
- Supporting and coordinating the Lettings Team to ensure effective day‑to‑day service delivery.
