Educational Teaching Assistant (Grade 7) Required to start 1 September 2026. Fullâtime position working 8:30 am to 3:15 pm Monday to Friday. Ravenshall School is an âExceptional Schoolâ (Ofsted, 2024). The school caters for pupils aged 4â19 with learning difficulties and a range of complex needs. The curriculum is broad, balanced, personalised and fully engaging, designed to enable each child to develop emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually. Responsibilities Work across all key stages, including Post 16, supporting pupils with SED. Apply positive behaviour support strategies to help pupils engage in learning. Partner with teaching staff to deliver the schoolâs curriculum and support pupilsâ individual learning plans. Contribute to a strong, collaborative team of support staff. Support the implementation of the schoolâs values and ethos, including the maxim âAll Different, All Equal, All Important.â Qualifications and Experience An excellent practitioner, able to set and achieve high standards and expectations. Strong understanding of engagement strategies to support learning. Highly motivated professional, team player with drive and vision. Excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills.
