Emley First School is friendly, community school in a beautiful rural setting and we are looking to appoint a caring, conscientious, reliable member of support staff to join our dedicated, hard-working, friendly team.

We are looking for a calm, confident and compassionate individual who can support children to develop emotionally and academically in a safe, positive and supportive way. You will also play an important role in supporting children to achieve the individual outcomes and objectives outlined in their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Relevant training will be provided, and you will be expected to engage positively with ongoing professional development to ensure you are fully equipped to meet the needs of the children and young people you support.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is able to work effectively with children to enable them to reach their full potential
  • is hardworking, has pride in their work, is keen to be part of a team

  • is resilient and can find positives in all situations

We can offer you:
