You will provide 1:1 coaching and small-group support to boost personal development, wellbeing and progression, focusing on safeguarding and inclusive practice.
Ideally you hold a Level 3 qualification (BTEC/NVQ/ALevel) and Level 2 English/Maths, with experience engaging 14–19 year olds.
