Kirklees Council is recruiting a newly qualified social worker to join the Hospital Social Work Team in Dewsbury on a 30-hour, 4 over 7-day contract.
Based at Dewsbury Hospital, you may work at other locations as required.
You will work with adults and carers to deliver Self-Directed Support and Self-Assessment, as well as safeguarding, with a strong focus on safe and timely discharges and ongoing professional development to enhance your practice.
