Responsibilities / Key duties
- Support pupils’ wellbeing and learning.
- Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Assist with classroom preparation and routines.
- Follow school policies and communicate effectively with teaching team.
- Support learning activities and keep pupils engaged.
- Supervise pupils to ensure their safety at all times.
- Help with school activities, visits and day‑to‑day tasks.
- Assist pupils with basic ICT and classroom resources.
- Take on routine administrative tasks as needed.
