Responsibilities / Key duties

  • Support pupils’ wellbeing and learning.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  • Assist with classroom preparation and routines.
  • Follow school policies and communicate effectively with teaching team.
  • Support learning activities and keep pupils engaged.
  • Supervise pupils to ensure their safety at all times.
  • Help with school activities, visits and day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Assist pupils with basic ICT and classroom resources.
  • Take on routine administrative tasks as needed.
