Educational Teaching Assistant (Grade 7) required to start 1 September 2026. Male educational teaching assistant required to commence September 2021; the requirement for a male is exempt under Paragraph 1 Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Ravenshall School is an exceptional special school (Ofsted, 2024) that caters for pupils aged 4‑19 who have learning difficulties and a wide range of complex needs. The school offers a broad, balanced, personalised and fully engaging curriculum that develops each child emotionally, socially, physically and intellectually through a wide range of learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a passion for Special Educational Needs and a firm understanding of positive behaviour support strategies, will understand and commit to the school’s values and will be able to work within our strong team of support staff. Staff work in all phases of the school (Primary through to Post 16) and may need to travel between sites if the timetable demands it. Flexibility is an asset.
