Working Hours: 31.5 Hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 3:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm
Salary details: Grade 7, SCP 14 to 17
Contract Type: Substantive contract, Term Time plus 5 Inset days.
Fairfield is a large special school which provides for learners with a diverse range of complex and profound learning difficulties including physical and medical needs from 3-19 years. Fairfield was judged to be a ‘good’ school by OFSTED in June 2022.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled Educational Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting the learning and welfare of our pupils. The successful candidate will be a positive and calm individual committed to providing the best outcomes for all learners.
Experience of working with children/young people in a school environment is essential, and experience of working with pupils who have complex or profound and multiple learning difficulties would be an advantage. As a member of the team, you will be good at working with and supporting colleagues. The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills and we will invest in quality CPD to enable this.
