An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer in the Student Services department at All Saints Catholic College.
Applicants must have a sound knowledge of administrative roles and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly. They should be able to work to tight deadlines and possess excellent organisational, administrative, and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the school’s Student Services office. Training will be provided to enable you to also offer first aid support. You will perform main reception duties at times and be responsible for providing comprehensive and efficient customer service, including handling enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies professionally and courteously.
All Saints is an 11-16 school near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, contributing to our distinctive ethos.
