We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and efficient Business Support Officer to work in one of our busy school offices. The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner who can work independently and show initiative, with excellent Literacy and Numeracy skills and the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is caring and friendly, who can provide a warm and welcoming β€˜front of house’ service for visitors, staff and parents and vital administration support for our team of staff. The successful candidate will work independently, whilst also being part of a small team of office-based staff in our thriving partnership of three small rural schools and providing support to the Federation Business & HR Manager.

We can offer a strong, dedicated team approach with supportive colleagues, leaders and governors. We are committed to providing high quality professional development opportunities for our staff in a warm and nurturing environment.
