An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, knowledgeable and committed individual tobecome a Business Support Officer providing administrative support within All Saints Catholic College.
Applicants must be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly,andbe able towork to tight deadlines,havingexcellentorganisational, administrative and IT skills.
The successful candidate willbe undertaking tasks relating to data input, after-school activities, displays and other areas of admin. You will also provide cover on both our main and student receptions. Please see the context sheet for more details.
You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient service including dealing with enquiries fromstaff, studentsand external agencies in a courteous, efficientand professionalmanner.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contributes to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category, and we received a “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” judgement from our Catholic Schools Inspection in March 2025.
