Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and adaptable Business Operations Manager on a job share basis to support in the smooth running of the academy day-to-day business operations, including estates, facilities and operational functions.
The post holder will have previous managerial experience in a similar role with experience of working in or with facilities and business operations teams.
The successful candidate will be required to apply high standards of customer service in a polite and timely manner, be flexible and practical in approach and exemplify a ‘can do’ attitude as part of both the academy and wider Trust Operations Team. You will be required to operate autonomously and manage a varied workload working with a range of academy and Trust stakeholders.
This position is on a part-time, job share basis, working 14.5 hours per week, Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break per day.

This position is available on a job share basis, temporary for 1 year in the first instance.
